Secondary Characters of Astral Wave

Good day. Like I said in my last post, this one will be about important secondary characters for each protagonist of the book. Almost in all the stories secondary characters are important and in many ways they help the protagonists in many ways.

Let’s start with the most important characters from Mina Cloud’s side of the story.

Sam Arce: he is the lieutenant of the Amiens ship and at the same time he verifies that the ship works perfectly. Mina and Sam are childhood friends; they knew each other when they were one year old, and since then they have never been separated. Thanks to Sam the young captain has managed to overcome the traumas of her past.

Rod Pavlichenko: this young man is the official cook of the Amiens ship and one of the friends of Mina. Between him and the captain there is a great trust since Mina knows she can trust Rod parts of her life she doesn’t want to share with Sam.

Rei Granger: she is the navigator of the Amiens Ship (each ship must have a navigator since they give the pilots the coordinates of their new destiny for go), and the only female friend that Mina has. Rei is another person that supports unconditionally her friend and captain.

Since Mina is the captain of a ship and has a crew there will be many other secondary characters in her side of the story.

Now, let’s go to secondary characters from the side of Daniel Abel.

Serena Abel: she is the twin sister of Daniel, and in certain ways, a maternal figure to the young boy. Because Dan occasionally acts in a reckless way for save everyone that is in problems the child usually got himself beaten up by the other boys of the colony of hurt by doing risky stuff. Serena was in charge of healing Dan and give his brother counsels since their father only arrived at his home at nights. Despite Serena is quite young in many aspects she is an adult.

Talir: she is a character that will be introduced much later on the story. All I can say is that she will play an important role for the development of Dan.

 

Dei’Talon’s important secondary characters:

Christa Baum: she is the human assistant that the senator Talon has. Since Christa is one of the few humans inside the senate she is a constant victim of insults and mockery from the other senators and workers from the senate because she is a human. Despite that, Christa doesn’t mind that since she ignores them and continue doing her job without complaining. Talon respects her willpower and admires her. The relationship between these two is of mutual respect and trust.

Mio’Talon: from the Talon marriage nine girls and one boy were born. Since Dei is the only boy from the marriage his parents became the focus of attention for them and in some ways they totally forgot their daughters. Because of this Dei’s sisters started to hate him; they played some terrible pranks on him, with only one sole exception: Mio’Talon. Despite she is the youngest daughter many times she stood against her sisters for protect her younger brother. Mio is a quiet serakiam woman that loves to read books. Recently Mio and Dei haven’t talked too much since a rupture happened between them but despite being separated there is a strong string between these siblings.

Iri: he is the master of the Bounty Hunter Guild in Davaos. He is another important character for Dei’Talon.

And now let’s start with Maiara Yinoris:

Margery Makise: if someone asked if Mia has a friend one could say the closest figure to a friend she has is Margery Makise. Margery is a scientist and the chief of the R&D department of Ryuk, the Adaro. She is in charge of helping Mia by giving her new gadgets or upgrades to her combat suit. Mia and Margery have a complete professional relationship, nevertheless, both of them has trusted each other with important parts of their life when they have a chance.

Through her journeys through the galaxy Mia will find many other characters that will help the bounty hunter. Unlike Daniel and Talon these characters won’t be mentioned on this post.

With this I conclude with the section of secondary characters. In the next entry I hope to post important concepts like the Intergalactic Senate of Davaos, the system the ships use for move, and the most important, the effect known as Astral Wave.

Personajes secundarios de Astral Wave

Saludos. Como dije en la entrada anterior, ésta se va a tratar acerca de los personajes secundarios más importantes para cada protaggonista de la novela. En muchas historias los personajes secundarios también son bien importantes y hasta logran ayudar en gran medida a los protagonistas siendo apoyos morales.

Comencemos con los personajes secundarios más importantes del lado de Mina Cloud.

Sam Arce: él es el teniente de la nave Amiens y a la vez el que se asegura que todos los mecanismos de la nave funcionen perfectamente. Mina y Sam son amigos de la infancia; los dos se conocieron cuando tenían un año de edad y desde aquel entonces nunca se han separado. Gracias a la ayuda de Sam la joven capitana de la nave Amiens ha podido pasar los traumas de su pasado para seguir adelante con su vida.

Rod Pavlichenko: este joven hombre de veintiún años de edad es el cocinero de la nave Amiens y otro de los amigos de Mina. Entre la capitana y Rod hay una gran confianza ya que Mina sabe que en Rod puede confiarle muchas cosas que a Sam desgraciadamente no le puede decir.

Rei Granger: ella es la navegadora de la nave Amiens (cada nave tiene que tener un navegador ya que este individuo le da al piloto las coordenadas para su nuevo destino), y la única amiga que Mina tiene. Rei es otra persona que apoya incondicionalmente a su mejor amiga y capitana.

Por ser la capitana de una nave Mina tiene varios subordinados que son personajes importantes para ella.

Ahora los personajes secundarios más importantes del lado de Daniel Abel.

Serena Abel: ella es la hermana melliza de Daniel, y en cierta forma, lo más cercano que Dan ha tenido como figura materna. Como Dan tiende a hacer actos imprudentes para salvar a todas las personas que Dan encontraba en situaciones embarazosas muchas veces su hermano salía herido. Serena ha sido la encargada de cuidar de a su hermano, sanarlo en caso que saliera herido de una pelea y hasta darle consejos. Serena es bien joven de edad pero en muchos aspectos ella es una adulta.

Talir: ella es un personaje que va a ser introducido mucho después en la historia. A pesar de eso, puedo decir que ella va a jugar un papel bien importante para el desarrollo de Dan.

Ahora siguen los personajes secundarios de Dei’Talon:

Christa Baum: ella es la asistente humana del senador Talon. Como Christa es una de las pocas humanas que está dentro del senado ella es una víctima constante de insultos y burlas de los otros senadores y trabajadores del senado por ser una humana. Sin embargo, a pesar de todo eso Christa no se ha dado por vencida y sigue adelante con la frente en alto. Talon respeta mucho esa fuerza de voluntad de su asistente y por eso la admira. El senador Dei’Talon sabe que Christa le tiene aprecio por no tener prejuicios contra ella, por eso es que los dos se quieren y se respetan a la vez.

Mio’Talon: del matrimonio Talon nacieron nueve hijas y un hijo. Como Dei era el único hijo sus padres lo amaban mucho y a la vez ignoraban un poco a sus hijas para darles los mejores tratos a Dei; eso ocasionó que sus hermanas lo odiaran y le hicieran bromas de mal gusto, a excepción de Mio. A pesar que de todas es la hermana menor ella lograba proteger a Dei de sus otras hermanas. Mio es una serakiam callada e introvertida que le encanta leer libros. Dei y Mio no se han hablado desde hace tiempo por unos problemas entre los dos pero aun estando separados el lazo que unen a Dei y Mio nunca se va a romper.

Iri: él es el líder del Gremio de Cazadores de Recompensas de Davaos. Este es otro personaje que va a aparecer después en la historia y que va a ser bien importante en la historia de Dei’Talon.

Por último los personajes secundarios importantes de Maiara.

Margery Makise: si se puede decir que Mia tiene una amiga lo más cercano que se puede mencionar es Margery. Ella es una científica y la jefa del departamento de I+D de Ryuk el adaro que se encarga de ayudar a Mia en sus misiones proveyéndole con los mecanismos para que le sean más fáciles sus misiones. Mia y Margery tienen una relación puramente profesional, sin embargo, las dos se han confiado algunas partes importantes de sus vidas cuando tienen la oportunidad. Mia sabe que en eso puede confiar en Margery.

A través de sus viajes por la galaxia Mia va a encontrar otros personajes que van a ayudar a la cazarrecompensas en todo lo que puedan. A diferencia de Daniel y Talon esos personajes no van a ser mencionados.

Con esto concluyo la sección de los personajes secundarios. En la siguiente entrada espero poner conceptos importantes como el Senado Intergaláctico de Davaos, el sistema que utilizan las naves para moverse, y lo más importante, el efecto conocido como Astral Wave.
